My name is, Tara Costello. I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, Certified Mindfulness Facilitator and behaviour change specialist focused on strengthening habits for performance excellence and personal well-being. My soul’s purpose is to help you optimize your mental performance abilities for mentally demanding work and high-level competitive and professional sport domains.
