Stand Tall

Stand tall – be aware of your body language and what it is saying during training and performance.  If your confidence is feeling diminished, or someone or something has “rocked your boat” try a power posture to change your thoughts and get composed.  Having consistent and confident body language helps you stay on a more even keel even when are not “feeling” it.  Sometimes we need to “fake it, until we feel it.”  Strong body language helps us have strong thoughts.  How we .hold our physical selves affects how we feel.  Throughout performance and competition, be conscious of what your body language is saying.  It speaks loudly.
